Pack 80 would like to thank all the patrons of downtown Somerville that helped our scouts by donating and purchasing pop-corn throughout the show and sell. We are also very grateful to all the parents, family and friends of the scouts who contributed. This year we raised $7262 in total popcorn sales!

It’s that time of year ago. The Cub scouts from Pack 80 will be going around Somerville selling delicious popcorn to help support our pack. Please look out for them at the Dunkin Donuts and Alfonso's Family Trattoria & Gourmet Pizzeria on Main Street in Somerville. Over 70% of the proceeds go to support local scouting.
Please stop by to pick up your favorites right before the holidays. They make great gifts or keep them for yourself!
Remember this is the only fundraiser we do all year and the money is used to pay for your Scouts achievement awards, special pack meeting entertainment, camping equipment and many other little odds and ends that add up throughout the year.

Pack 80 had a great Blue and Gold Ceremony on March 18, 2018 and 18 Arrows of Light from Dens 1 and 4 earned their Arrow of Light Badges and crossed the bridge to join Boy Scouts. Scouts from Pack 80 went to Troops 83, 84 and 154.
Congratulations to all the scouts who received advancements and especially those who became Boy Scouts!
Many Landspeed Records* were broken, many pies were thrown in faces, and many scouts made and raced some amazing Pinewood Derby cars at Vanderveer Elementary on January 27, 2018 during Pack 80's Annual Pinewood Derby. Thanks to all the Scouts, Parents and Leaders who helped make this great event happen!

After a long 4 ½ years, Den 4’s Cub Scout journey is nearing completion, and the boys are looking forward to a new chapter called Boy Scouts. They have all worked very hard on their requirements, and have many fond memories from all their experiences including visits to various community services, our annual spring baseball game, camping trips, designing their own video games at the Microsoft store, and performing both the Pledge of Allegiance and Uptown Funk at 98.3FM. These boys all have a bright future, and are sure to succeed in all their endeavors! Good luck!

On January 10, 2018, the Den 1 Arrows of Light were honored to host Somerville's State Senator, the Hon. Kip Bateman who talked to the scouts about government service, and the responsibilities of being an elected official. He helped them complete their Building a Better World Adventure.
