Hello Families and Scouts.

We are sorry to announce that unfortunately our Valentine’s Day Dance is going to have to be canceled this year due to CVOID-19.

We will be holding our annual Mother~Son / Father~Daughter Valentine Dance on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 7:00-9:00 pm.  (SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO ONGOING COVID RESTRICTIONS)

 We will need volunteers to help with decorating before the dance and clean-up after.  Please let me know if you can help out. Decorating and set-up will begin at 4:30 to leave parents’ time to go home and get ready for the dance.  Clean-up will take place immediately after the dance.

We will also need food donations for both the Dance and for Scout Sunday the following morning.  If you can donate an appetizer, baked goods, chips, etc. for either (or both!) events, we would greatly appreciate it!!  Please let me know as soon as possible what you will be bringing so I can make sure we have enough and a variety of items. Also, kindly include a list of ingredients the night of the Dance as we have some cubs with allergies. You can bring the donation to the Dance or, if you do not plan on attending, you can bring it on Saturday morning.
